At TEXAMO FOOD, S.L. (hereinafter, “Antojo”) we take the privacy and protection of your data very seriously. This policy describes what information we process, for what purpose, what the legal basis is and what rights you have over it, all in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

We process only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below.

3. Recipients and data processors
Your data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. It may, however, be communicated to the following data processors, which provide services to the controller under the corresponding contract in accordance with art. 28 GDPR:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (servers in the European Union, with standard contractual clauses for international transfers where applicable).
- Resend Inc. — sending of the transactional email generated by the contact form.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — web analytics (Google Analytics 4), only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — tracking pixel (Meta Pixel), only if you have accepted marketing cookies.
Some of these providers may involve international data transfers outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the safeguards required by the GDPR have been adopted (the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adherence to recognised adequacy frameworks).
4. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the following rights at any time by sending an email to [email protected]with “Data Protection” in the subject line:
- Access to the data we process about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) when the data is no longer necessary.
- Objection to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Restriction of the processing in the cases provided for by the regulations.
- Portability of the data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.
If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data, taking into account the state of the art and the risks of the processing.
6. Minors
The Website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect that a minor has provided us with data without the consent of their guardians, please let us know at [email protected].
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes in our processing activities. We recommend that you review it periodically.
